Effective . This Return Policy applies to consultation products sold by Gardenthskeleton through gardenthskeleton.world, including Essential Routine Clarity, Comprehensive Day Architecture, and Premium Rhythm Partnership.
1. Nature of digital and live services
Our products combine live sessions with digital materials tailored to you. Because content is customised after purchase, statutory rights of withdrawal for distance contracts may be limited once services begin with your express consent, as explained below.
2. Cooling-off period
If you are a UK consumer, you generally have fourteen days to cancel a distance contract without giving a reason. If you request that we begin delivering sessions or send preparatory materials within that period, you acknowledge that the right to cancel may be reduced by the value of services already provided.
3. Cancellations before the first session
Cancel at least forty-eight hours before your first scheduled session for a full refund minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees under five pounds. Notify us via connect.html with your order reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen business days.
4. After the first session has occurred
If the first session of Essential Routine Clarity does not align with the objectives agreed in writing at booking, contact us within seven calendar days. We will offer either a replacement session with a senior consultant or a partial refund of fifty percent. No refund is available where objectives were met or where you missed the session without proper notice.
5. Comprehensive and Premium packages
For Comprehensive Day Architecture, unused sessions beyond the first may be refunded at sixty percent of the per-session value if you cancel for documented serious circumstances such as relocation or prolonged illness, supported by reasonable evidence. Premium Rhythm Partnership refunds are calculated pro-rata for unused months minus a fifteen percent administrative fee if cancelled after the second session.
6. Digital materials
Downloaded personalised playbooks cannot be returned once delivered. If materials contain factual errors about your agreed plan, we will issue corrected versions at no charge.
7. Rescheduling instead of refund
We encourage rescheduling over cancellation where possible. Packages may be paused once for up to ninety days without losing session credits when arranged in advance.
8. Non-refundable items
Third-party booking fees, express shipping of printed planners, and completed sessions are non-refundable except where required by law or covered by section four.
9. Business and corporate purchases
Contracts with organisations may include separate cancellation terms signed at purchase. Consumer protections in this policy apply to individual buyers only unless incorporated by agreement.
10. Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve product concerns. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to suspension of future bookings.
11. How to request a return or refund

12. Statutory rights
