Our products provide coaching and educational guidance on daily routine design. They are not a substitute for regulated professional advice where specialist licensing applies. Outcomes depend on your participation and circumstances. We describe capabilities honestly without exaggerated promises.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least eighteen years old and capable of entering a binding contract under UK law. Information you provide must be accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials if client portals are supplied.
4. Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP for United Kingdom clients. An order is accepted when we confirm booking in writing. We may decline orders affected by scheduling conflicts or incomplete payment. Taxes and fees will be shown on invoices where applicable.
5. Scheduling and attendance
Sessions are delivered online or at our Manchester address by appointment. You must join on time. Late arrival may shorten the session without refund. Reschedule with at least twenty-four hours notice via connect.html or phone. Repeated no-shows may incur a reasonable administrative fee.
6. Licence to materials
Materials are licensed for your personal non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly publish our proprietary frameworks without written consent. You retain ownership of personal content you submit during consultations.
7. Acceptable conduct
Harassment, discriminatory language, or recording of sessions without permission is prohibited. We may terminate services and issue partial refunds where appropriate if conduct threatens staff or other clients.

9. Disclaimers
